Awkwafina
Awkwafina has been described as an American actor and performer who started her career through smart raps that addressed the issues of sexuality and race with a an edgy, comical perspective. Her career then grew to Hollywood. She was born Nora Lum to Chinese and Korean immigrant parents from Forest Hills Queens her first taste of musician life came via trumpet. She also received the classical and jazz education later becoming a hip-hop teenager. While at school, she studied journalism as well as women's studies in college even taking classes in Mandarin in Beijing for a stint. She turned her attention to music once she finished her studies. Her 2012 track My Vag a response to Mickey Avalon's My Dick found viral success through the Internet before settling on her debut LP Yellow Ranger in 2014. Other viral hits included the Queef song and the winking NYC Bitche$ hometown tour. The track that was published is directly linked to the album The Awkwafinas Guide to NYC, her 2015 travel guide. With musician and author as her credentials, she determined to pursue an actor for a third venture. In addition to early series, such Girl Code and Tawk - she appeared in movies Neighbors 2 Storks & Bad Rap. In the year 2018, she was offered several major roles like Dude Ocean's 8, or Crazy Rich Asians. The EP debuted in June.
